Upon efficiently quick around operation, Headpcb is capable of producing 3,000 varieties monthly to meet 24-hour delivery for double-sided PCB, 48-hour for 4 to 6 layers and 72-hour for 8 or more high-layer PCB at the fastest. Located in Shenzhen of Guangdong, near Hongkong, Headpcb partners up with UPS, DHL and world-class forwarders to provide efficient shipping services.
In order to satisfy the growing market demands on middle size to high volume production, we established 2nd factory in 2015, where in Dongguan city. Employing automated brand new equipments fully in-house and more than ten years experienced staffs, it makes Headpcb a leader in cost effective manufacturing for L2~L20 high volume PCB with reliable quality. Total Quality Management is adopted throughout production.
For now, Headpcb has been developed and consolidated as a group enterprise, operating two factories in China to provide seamless prototyping to production service. With total workshop area of more than 30,000 square meters, Headpcb is able to produce 50,000 square meters PCB and 3,000 part numbers per month. Over 70% of products are exported to Europe, America and other Asia Pacific countries.
